Doe Point Campground
Doe Point Campground is on the north shore of Fish Lake, 38 miles east of Medford. Campers at Fish Lake enjoy wonderful fishing from shore and boat. Fish Lake has a 10 MPH speed limit. Hikers set out on trails to nearby lakes and into the Sky Lakes Wilderness.
Doe Point Campground rests in a pine and fir forest. Some of the 30 campsites have lake views. Five sites are walk-in, tent sites, while the rest can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Drinking water and flush toilets with wash basins area available. Reservations are can be made for this campground.
Directions: Reach the campground by taking Highway 62 north from Medford, and then east on Highway 140 to Fish Lake and Doe Point Campground. Fish Lake Campground is nearby. The campground is within the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest and is operated by a concessionaire, Rogue Recreation.
