Ainsworth State Park Campground

Ainsworth State Park is along the magnificent Columbia River Gorge, 34 miles east of Portland. The park is a hiker's paradise with beautiful waterfalls seemingly around every bend in the trail. Famous Multnomah Falls are 3½ miles from the park by trail or road. Unfortunately, the 2017 Eagle Creek Fire caused enough damage to close many local trails.

Ainsworth State Park Campground features 42 full hook-up campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Twenty-two of those are pull-through sites. Another 6 campsites are walk-in tent sites. Mature trees provide nice shade. The campground also includes a hiker/biker campsite.
