Contorta Point Group Campground
Contorta Point Group Campground is beside a sheltered cove on the southern shore of Crescent Lake in the Deschutes National Forest.
Crescent Lake offers many attractions such as boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking. A protected sandy beach near the campground is a wonderful spot for swimming and relaxing. The beach is shared with other visitors to the lake. Boats and mountain bikes can be rented at nearby Crescent Lake Resort.
Contorta Point Group Campground has 2 group sites. Each site can accommodate up to 40 people or they can be combined for groups up to 80. The campsites are within walking distance of the shore. Both sites are wheelchair accessible. Note that there is no drinking water.
