Sunnyside County Park is at the upper end of Foster Reservoir east of Sweet Home. With Sunnyside's many attractions, it is no surprise that it is Linn County's most popular park. Boaters head out onto Foster Reservoir for jet skiing, water skiing, and fishing. Within the park visitors enjoy a playground, dog park, group shelters, hiking trails, stocked fishing ponds, and a volleyball court.
Sunnyside County Park Campground features 165 campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. A majority of sites can be reserved, while 42 are kept available as first-come, first-served sites. Many sites have electric and water hook-ups. Among the 20 sites with no hook-ups, 7 are double and 3 are triple sites. A 3-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend reservations. Two nights are required for other weekends and on the 4th of July holiday. The campground includes a Group Camp.
