Diamond Lake is one of the most scenic camping destinations in Oregon with 8,376-foot Mt Bailey rising to the west of the lake and 9,183-foot Mt. Thielsen to the east. Large campgrounds are spread along the shores of the lake. More campgrounds are found in the area at Lemolo Lake and along the Clearwater River.
The maximum length of stay at most campgrounds is 14 days.
