Rock Creek Campground
Rock Creek Campground is set on the southwestern shore of Crane Prairie Reservoir in the Deschutes National Forest.
Crane Prairie Reservoir is a premier bird watching area. Osprey, blue heron, kingfishers, bald eagles, and many other species are common at the lake. Fishing for trophy rainbow trout is another big attraction for visitors. The current record rainbow caught here is 19 pounds.
Rock Creek Campground offers visitors 30 single campsites and 2 double sites. Campsites can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Nearly all the sites are spacious and well separated from one another. Many sites are along the shore of the lake.
