Lava Lake Campground
Lava Lake Campground sits on the shore of 368-acre Lava Lake, about 25 miles south-southwest of Bend. Visitors to the lake have good success fishing for rainbow and brook trout. A boat ramp and a fish cleaning station are in the campground. Both motorized and non-motorized boating are permitted in Lava Lake. Good hiking trails are available, including a trail leading into the Three Sisters Wilderness.
Lava Lake Campground features 44 campsites. Most sites can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents, while 5 campsites are designated for tents only. Mature lodgepole pines offer both shade and separation between campsites. Four sites have pull-through driveways.
