Sandhill Crossing Campground

Sandhill Crossing Campground is 29 miles southwest of Paisley in the Fremont-Winema National Forest.

Fishing is good in the area, and an abundance of hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails spread out over the region. The nearby Lee Thomas Trailhead connects to several scenic routes. In the fall the campground is popular with hunters.

Sandhill Crossing Campground has 5 campsites which can accommodate tents, RVs, or trailers. All the campsites are first-come, first served. The campground overlooks the North Fork of the Wild and Scenic Sprague River in a lodgepole pine and meadow setting.

Mountain bike on the Dead Horse Rim Trail or from the Lee Thomas Trailhead.
Off Highway 140 southeast of Bly stop by the Sprague River National Forest Picnic Area.
Head out horseback riding, hiking or mountain biking on the Cottonwood Creek Trail #127,

Cast your fishing line into Dog Lake, Cottonwood Creek, Mud Creek, or Willow Creek.
