Big Pine Campground
Big Pine Campground is along Myers Creek, about 40 miles west of Grants Pass in the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. This quiet, little campground offers opportunities for hiking and mountain biking along with a large meadow area great for games such as volleyball or baseball. A popular attraction in the area are some of the world's tallest ponderosa pines, one towering more than 250 feet, another topping 260 feet.
Big Pine Campground has 12 campsites for tents and small RVs or trailers. The campground is wheelchair friendly. Reach the campground by taking the Merlin/Galice Road off Interstate 5 north of Grants Pass. After 12 miles on Galice Road, turn onto Forest Road 25 for another 12 miles.
