Quinn Meadow Horse Camp
Quinn Meadow Horse Camp sits at an elevation of 5,100 feet, 5 miles west of Mt. Bachelor (shown above) in the Deschutes National Forest. Quinn Meadow is a popular equestrian site because of its spacious campsites and its proximity to many wonderful riding trails. The Quinn Creek Trail begins at the campground and traces along Quinn Creek past Hosmer Lake before connecting to the popular Metolius-Windigo Trail.
Quinn Meadow Horse Camp offers horse owners 26 campsites spread around a loop beside a meadow and two creeks. All of the campsites can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Five sites have pull-through driveways. Most sites are shaded while some are more open. Eight campsites have 4-horse corrals while the others have 2-horse corrals. Campers must have at least 3 horses to use the 4-horse sites.
